Return & Refund Policy – Senoe Jewelry

At Senoe Jewelry, we take pride in offering high-quality pieces made for life on the go. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return Address 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@senoejewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.


Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it 

• In its original packaging 

• Not damaged or worn


 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings that have been worn 

• Items showing signs of wear or damage 

• Gift cards or final sale items 


Condition of Returned Items 

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Senoe Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.


Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable 


Returns That Do Not Meet Our Policy 

If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy (for example, items that are worn, damaged, missing packaging, or returned after the 14-day return period), the return may not be approved.

In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense, and a refund will not be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@senoejewelry.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
